When all the cows are sleeping and the sun has gone to bed, | (Crouch down low and rest your head on your hands like they’re a pillow) |
Up jumps the Scarecrow and this is what he says, | (Jump up) |
“I’m a Dingle Dangle Scarecrow with a flippy floppy hat, | (Put hands on head) |
I can shake my hands like this and shake my feet like that.” | (Shake hands and then feet) |
When all the hens are roosting and the moon is behind a cloud, | (Crouch down and cover your face with your hands) |
Up jumps the Scarecrow and shouts very loud, | (Jump up and raise your voice, cupping your hands around your mouth) |
“I’m a Dingle Dangle Scarecrow with a flippy floppy hat, | (Put hands on head) |
I can shake my hands like this and shake my feet like that.” | (Shake hands and then feet) |
